Usually good service but when I walked in today three ladies at the counter were just talking and laughing and I sat at the check out counter for a couple minutes before they even said anything to me. Put a bad taste in my mouth

Yes they sure can! They are human beings and could have an emergency at any time. These days there's not always a manager a phone call away that can be there to cover. New world and times have changed drastically!
