Called to inquire about availability and was hung up on before I could even ask about a waiting list. Attempted to call back and my calls are now being ignored. I imagine they act the same way when requesting urgent repairs or maintenance.

Absolutely wonderful complex! Nothing negative to say about it at all. My husband & I moved here in December 2020. WAY better than our previous apartment complex…by a lot! The management and maintenance here are what make it; they are fantastic people that really go out of their way to make you feel right at home and taken care of. They truly care about the complex. Things get fixed (and replaced if need be) in a timely manner. Plus it’s quiet even on weekends, there’s no loud parties or anything, people are considerate and the grounds are well taken care of. Assigned parking, private patio, & washer/dryer with every apartment are perks as well, and the price per square foot is reasonable for the area. Neighbors are really nice people also. Going to be here a long time, for sure!

EDIT 2 years later: After living there for 3 years we moved out because my husband got an out of state job. I decided to update my review after I saw another reviewer say they didn't get their deposit back because of minor carpet damage. Our cats tore up the carpet near the doors, one of the bedrooms even had a bald spot near the door. They also destroyed all the blinds in the apartment and there was some other minor damage the humans caused. In the end we still got the full deposit back. Original review: Been living here for a year and we love it! They just installed new windows in our building and a few months ago we got a new washer/dryer unit. Any issues we've had have been resolved within a day. The staff's response time is amazing, they truly care about providing the best experience. It is a pet friendly location but I never hear any dogs barking, it's a very nice and quiet place to live. I truly can't recommend it enough, best living decision we made!
