After being insulted at the Punta Gorda location for notary services because they "have to wait on their customers" and wanted us to wait 40 min, we drove clear accross town to Port Charlotte location and received excellent, thorough and professional customer service. I should of went to this store to begin with as the people are always plesant even tho the place is usually slammed.

Great experience shipping here! Sherry was so helpful with my international shipping needs! Will ship with them again.

Place has always been a rip off. Listed as a fed ex drop off to print out label and send off but the owner wanted to charge me.

Yes they do! Plus a variety of shipping supplies. They have a lot of interesting gifts you can buy too. It's an awesome little shipping store & gift shop! 😊
No sorry
Thomas, Sorry for the great delay in our response. We are still getting used to all of this "social media stuff" and are often surprised (and caught off guard) by where all these various inquiries can originate from. Most of the time we are so busy that in keeping up with our old fashioned phones and answering machines that we don't notice that the emails we get from places like Google are actually from clients such as yourself. Enough excuses. Yes, we offer shredding services at $1.50 per pound plus, possibly, a "clean-up" fee. We charge the fee when what you bring us isn't just clean paperwork and we have to go through everything first to remove the folders, paper clips, labels, plastic checkbook holders, magazines and etc. Hope this helps (and hope that you called the store to get an answer rather than wait for this very slow response). No one sells flat rate boxes, they are free. You take your box and pay a flat rate fee. It's basic and offered in all post offices as well. Priority boxes available have a set price, no matter how full or the weight
I don't think so, but you could call them.
