These people don’t want to work. The entire crew looks like retirees who don’t want to work. People with UPS accounts they try and turn down saying there are issues because they are not profiting and have to work. This store should not be open & makes a bad name for UPS as a whole! The owner carina refused to give me her business card so I could report her to corporate. I would highly discourage you from using this location and it seems like that’s how they like it anyways.

Honestly not sure how this place has such great reviews. The owners I believe are great but the older man who can’t hear anything is rude and doesn’t care that he is rude. I’m over being belittled every time he “serves” me. What’s interesting is how many negative reviews there are of him but yet he is still there. Won’t be back. Today was the last straw. Stay away and take yourself to the post office in Placida.
