I don’t know what happens in this place, but my car was worse after I got it back. I took it to them and they started making up other reasons as to why it was never fixed to begin with. Everything they blamed it on was new or newer. It appears they will keep jumping from one reason to the other. They can’t find the paperwork on it yet I still got charged. So they never did the original job and now are trying to charge me more for something else. A fishing expedition that luckily only took me for 100$. Zero trust left. Just bring your vehicles to actual mechanics not these guys.

Excellent service. I woke up with a flat tire. Having recently moved to the area I had no tools to change a sidewall damaged tire. I called at 7:00am and by 8:10am had a service gentleman come to my house and change to a new tire. That's what I call service! I will be doing my business there from now on!!!

These people are the greatest! I can not recommend them enough! I had a blow out and called AAA for assistance. 239 minutes! That's how long they estimated my wait was going to be. I called Big Ts and they immediately sent a man out. As bad luck would have it my spare didn't fit my car. The service man contacted Adrian at the shop. He arranged for the service man to bring my blown out tire to the shop, mount a new tire then return and put it on my car. In 90+ degree heat, this man was professional, quick and courteous. I was given a VERY GOOD price for all of this. I am more than grateful! So, I DEFINITELY 100% recommend Big T's. They are honest, courteous and professional and stand behind their work. Thank you, Big T!!
