The hours on their website are not correct. We showed up to drive thru around 10:30 while workers were inside. Nobody was responding and there were no signs that the location was closed. Do not expect to get food past 10pm at this location.

It is with a heavy heart that I slash their score from a champion 5 stars to a mere one. This isn't the closest location, but had been worth traveling the extra distance. I visited for an Impossible Whopper and to bang out some quick laptop tasks on WhopperWifi. After plunking down my hard-earned money, I got none of the experience I paid for. Despite the prominent display of the internationally-recognized wifi symbol on their door, WhopperWifi was nowhere to be found. They casually mentioned that they don't have it, as if my expectation of this BK standard they actively promote was some bizarre special request. My wound was, however, well salted: They do have a locked-down SSID - something like "BKOFFICE." Aside from letting me know the necessary equipment is in-place and online for WhopperWifi, this ridiculously overpowered network crippled the free wifi from their more honorable neighbors (Taco Bell and Kum and Go). This is bait and switch and false advertising if their ever was any (natives: outside CO these crimes - as well as vehicular theft - do see occasional attention from the law). As if I wasn't feeling ripped off enough already, I was approached around halfway through my burger and told I had to leave as they were locking up the dining room (and seeing me out respectfully represented too much of a burden for the staff of 5+). I recall this location closing at 11 previously - not 10:12. I couldn't find any posted hours on the door. I may have missed them, but this is not unheard of in the realm of CO customer service. It's an implied nod from management to go ahead and close whenever your in the mood (posted hours don't carry much weight around these parts anyway, though removing the guidance they provide is certainly telling). I was ordered to hurry, as the manager stood over me looking annoyed. How come I didn't simply mash what was left of my food and drink into my laptop keyboard and retreat more obediently was the question begged by her tone and body language. Time enough to shut down my laptop... silly me barking up the tree of special favors once more. John Wayne wouldn't exit without topping off his beverage and neither would I. Sadly, it amounted to approximately one-third of the desired amount of beverage. I wouldn't have purchased one at all for a to-go order! I feel ripped off and used. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY. Store credit, coupons, goodwill will not suffice. I challenge the state attorney general to take action on behalf of a population to whom the very notion of a retail establishment held accountable is completely foreign and unimaginable. Perhaps you could even get stores to price items and honor what prices are listed. It's not a communist revolution, just the most minor amount of diligence that many jurisdictions would consider tolerable. Since laptop tasks, then the enjoyment meal itself got axed without Other area BKs should follow this location's lead. They were open, with a Freestyle fountain soda machine and dual-flavor icee machines in good repair. Despite heavy drive through volume, they attended to me at the counter immediately, and turned out my complete, correct order in mere seconds. I stopped to confirm before taking it off the counter that it was mine, because it seemed almost too quick. Impossible with multiple garnish directives, there will never be a ready stash for what I order... They are just that good at what they do. Condiment request immediately granted, and without any ketchup-shaming. Nice hard-working staff. Clean. Found to be both open and welcoming in spirit.

They sure can't get a simple Order Fresh, but the Employees all eat Hot and Fresh all sitting up in the dining room like they're at home in the kitchen!!! Disgusting that they sell the old times out food to the customers but, the Employees all have customized meals hot and freshly made! 😡 Fire all of the Evening Staff for bring lazy and selfish! What's wrong with places these days! Old out timed stale food is what customers get for their Money!

Straight garbage taking order was fine but waited 25 minutes saw my order on the heating area. They then got a big order and looked insanely confused and it was obvious they lost my order. Decided to give it a few more minutes and it was for sure like watching under trained monkeys this is why people need to be paid more.
