The only problem is with the prepay system. Was designed to have a no wait just pick up and go. This is not the story as you approach the prepay area you are still having to wait in the lines order. Better off to just go wait in line and pay. There is absolutely no benefit to prepay! To the workers, I applaud you all and are very much appreciated!

Reordered rx on app and through their email reminder. Got 3 text messages that rx was ready. Showed up and they have no record of any request. Told to wait 20 minutes and would fill it. Came back after 20 minutes and was told it was out of stock and would be in the next day. What a waste of valuable time.

I've always been able to get my prescriptions in a timely manner. Even some of my meds are free or at least at a well below co-payment level...

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. The Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are available to eligible individuals ages 18+ at Publix Pharmacy locations. The Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 12+ at all in-store Florida Publix Pharmacy locations and select Publix pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, while supplies last. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
