This place Has fake reviews there is no way in hell These people are happy here The only Exception might be Dixon in the front office. My Corolla got stolen 2 years ago My neighbor's Tahoe got stolen 6 months ago . I can only speak for my side all the way down 1472 Any given day trash everywhere . Personally I think They don't pay the maintenance it's people enough to care about it.

Please don’t be fooled by all the positive reviews like I was. They have you submit a review right after signing the lease before you can even learn about this complex. My car was broken into in October causing $1600 in damages. Stolen May 1st causing me $2000 in repairs and rental cost. Again only 2 weeks after getting it back July 2nd. Now it was stolen again yesterday afternoon July 31st and still hasn’t been recovered. I don’t know how many times that vehicles have to be stolen before the complex puts up cameras. I’ve asked to be moved to a different assigned parking and was ignored. The amount of money I’m dishing out so frequently is ridiculous. The pictures posted online are false due to covid we didn’t get to see our unit until the day of lease signing and I was very disappointed but tired of looking so just accepted the unit because at least they had good reviews. They have these cheap covering over the cabinets that slip off all the time and show the old ugly cabinets underneath. My unit has and old rinky dink ac that sits on the floor downstairs that doesn’t keep much cool. Oh yea and the place is roach infested. Service request get marked as complete without maintenance even fixing the issue or even visiting your apartment. I went 3 months without a working freezer until I finally started hounding corporate and they replaced my refrigerator with one infested with roaches that were just running around inside it. There’s so many random homeless people that run through here and I even witnessed someone overdose on our stairs while I was walking up to our unit with my 2 year old. Im literally counting down the days until my lease is up and I can leave this place. Please don’t let these nice reviews fool you.

Dickson’s kind help and fast services made it easy to get an apartment. He always treated us with a smiling face, and he knew what he was supposed to do. It's no exaggeration to say that we got this Stoneridge apartment because of Dickson. I am glad to meet Dickson and come to Stoneridge's apartment. Also, Leo maintained the apartment and cleaned up my patio lawn, and made me in the best condition. I highly recommend Dickson’s kind service and the apartment!
