Positive: Very polite personnel. Addressed problems quickly & professionally. Pet friendly very helpful. Very busy place, appears well liked in this community. Appears renovated recently. Non-smoking rooms very big plus! (Had no smell of someone smoking in room). Negative: AC very noisy (thankfully brought ear plugs). Little older & smaller but quaint. Although non-smoking room, cigarette burns noted in comforter (giving credit as room & comforter did NOT smell like cigarette smoke). Should consider add¿l pillows on bed

Terrible. Had to go to dollar store to buy a mop and disinfectant because the room was non refundable we were told. Had to use our own blankets and pillows. Glad we were only stopping to rest for the night.

Room was small. The bed was comfortable. It's a no frills motel. Next time I will stay at a better Choice Hotel. It was just an overnight stay which was acceptable.

This is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in and would NEVER recommend. Date of visit 4/9/2022. My fiancé and I stayed there because we were out of town for work and couldn’t drive all the way home. 1. My fiancé got there at 1240am. Night clerk was very nice and gave him a room that I wanted to reserve on my business card but they couldn’t do it over the phone. He gave them his personal card with the understanding I would come down in the morning with the business card because I wasn’t gonna get there till 3am. 2. He went to the room and found that the bed was turned down as if someone had slept in it, towels were on the floor, and the trash was full. It had clearly not been cleaned between guests. The clerk apologized and got new sheets, towels and cleaned up as best he could. By this time, my fiancé was too tired to do anything else as he had to leave again at 5am for work. 3. At 855am the next day, I went to the front desk to pay. The clerk said the GM had already been in at 830 and ran the personal card in spite of the note that was left saying I would pay in the morning. I asked for the GM. I was told that he was not there. I suspected that he was as a man came in and went behind the desk. 4. I left my number, but never received a call. I called a few days later and the GM basically blamed me for not calling sooner and telling me there was nothing he could do now. This place had burn holes in the blankets, it was dirty, and stinky. Disgusting!! I have pictures. Only good thing was the night time clerk who apologized profusely. I will report to Choice Hotels and the BBB.
