The Nikki’s experience from start to finish was stellar for my daughter and I. She was in need of two dresses and our consultant, Bree, listened and truly learned the style my daughter was looking for. She brought a uniquely gorgeous dress in for her to try and it was hands down the perfect dress for the homecoming dance. The trust established and the fun we were having made the choice for the field dress just as excellent. We highly recommend Nikki’s of Wesley Chapel and already have an idea for prom from one of their talented designers. We can’t wait to go back and work with Bree! Thanks so much again.

I was supporting my friend while she was looking for her homecoming dress. And when i tell you the staff RUINS the experience of dress shopping. They were so pressuring and HOVERED over my friend, her mom, and I asking us “so is it a yes, so is it a yes????” when obviously she wasn’t sure. They tried to bring money into the situation and said they sold very expensive dresses to girls from our school and we should “want to be like them.” At one point i was in the dressing room with my friend and one of the staff members said “get out, it’s her fashion show, you can sit down now” when my friend is the one that asked me to help her. Not only are they rude to customers but also other staff. I over heard what I assume is the manager talking to another staff member and she said, “why are you over here, you should be in there helping her, that’s your job isn’t it?” The whole experience was just ruined and my friend loved her dress but she felt so down because of how we were all treated. I don’t recommend.
