Builders Inc managed this property the three years I lived here, and Amy (not sure if I'm using the correct spelling of her name), Mike, and Hilda were the best, as well as the previous manager and maintenance team. I'm moving at the end of this month so I won't have much time to get to know the new management team or anything about the new management company, but I did face some challenges getting receipts from them for business transactions. They did contact me and provide receipts eventually. At present, the only real complaint I have is that this is the second time I've lived in a complex managed by Builders Inc where they've sold to new owners without any warning or communication to the tenants.
