Crawford’s towed my car after I was involved in an accident. The tow truck response time was great considering it was Friday evening around rush hour. I had to get my belongings out the next week and the employees were nice and helpful. Barb really took care of me by providing great advice regarding how to deal with insurance companies. Thanks for the great service!

Tow service was good, no complaints. Yet the prices are unfair and Barb definitely hasn’t got any action for Atleast 10 Years. She came outside and yelled at me after I had paid and my car was released. She wanted me off her property yet I was literally just standing next to my car holding onto my keys which is not illegal at all. Old man who I believe was the boss came outside as well and yelled at his mechanic for no reason, mechanic told me that they are always like that so I felt bad for the guy. They definitely have connections in the police departments because the owners son knew the cops well. Have had similar experiences with my cars being towed but never as extensive and annoying as this one. Overall decent business but rude owners and bosses. If anyone uses this business avoid talking to the lady.
