My engine was diagnosed at my personal mechanic with an engine failure that was part of an extended warranty issued by Hyundai in April. Had a great experience before with Colonial so I called them. Spoke to the service department and was told once they receive the car it would be 2-3 days for the repair. Called back and spoke to the nastiest woman who essentially laughed at me, and told me 2-3 weeks and That the person I spoke to before was her subordinate and JUST an appointment taker. Her entire attitude was foul disrespectful and unprofessional. Now I am stuck with my car there for the repair unless I want to pay for a second tow. Any supervisor that refuses to acknowledge an error on an employees part and then refers to them as JUST anything is a real problem.

Wanted to thank three special people who went above and beyond to help me out with my recently purchased Hyundai Kona yesterday. It was a busy day, yet they could not have been more kind. Moses, Hope Ely, and Jim Ballezzi were life savers, spent the time and effort, really making my day. Thank you again!

Definitely need to contact Jim Ballezzi, he is superb! He is extremely tentative and listens, understands our needs and wants. He works WITH you not AGAINST you ~~ No pressure.

I spoke with someone about a vehicle, they promised to hold it. I talked to them within an hour of getting there, they said no worries. We drove an hour for the vehicle, and once we get there we were given nasty looks. They didn't acknowledge us at first, then when I tell them we're there for an appointment to look at a vehicle that was on hold for us, they said, "that vehicle just sold 15 minutes ago". Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I think it was a bait and switch, and I would not recommend doing business with these people. Regardless of the legitimacy of the vehicle being real and sold, or not, they should have been ethical about the entire situation. This place is highly unprofessional! Don't waste your time! Go down the road to Exton Nissan and they'll be what you need!
