There are not enough words to describe how easy and painless they made my car buying experience. From the very start everyone I dealt with was very responsive. Levi was so helpful and made sure that the car I went in to look at was upfront and ready for a test drive upon arrival. After test driving I expressed a concern, Levi then took my concerns to Billy, who quickly jumped in the car to check it out. After reviewing the car again, I was ready to go forward with the purchase, and Franklin in finance had everything ready to go. He took the time to explain everything, and made sure every question was answered thoroughly. I was in and out in a matter of 2 hours tops, but I was not rushed out either. They made sure I was taken care of. Customer service was top notch! Thank you Levi, Billy, and Franklin for making a stressful process easy!

I give it a 3 because my pop pop wants to buy a used Chrysler 300 today for around $4000...he has the cash but it's Sunday so I can't get ahold of anyone....call email me ASAP guys.... Thank you for your help i will bring him in tomorrow bc he still hasn't purchased a car... 5 STARS..... Sorry about the 3 stars but really Pop Pop was stressing me out.... You guys are awesome

I had just bought my car under 2 weeks ago. The back windows were giving me problems. I went back and explained what the issue was and they were more than accommodating. Alex was very helpful with walking me thru the process. They didn't charge me the deductible from the warranty nor the fee for the diagnostic check. This experience was courteous, professional and stress-free.

Great Ford dealer! I factory ordered my F-150 Lightning through them and everything went perfect. Everyone was super helpful, especially Joe Lloyd, the salesman who helped me. They made the ordering and pickup process easy, they also accommodated all of my requests with no problems. I felt in the loop on everything that was happening and they were completely transparent and honest the entire time.
