I sent an email to Dave about the problem with the oil leak in the vehicle. He returned my email with a phone call. The questions I asked would never be answered or addressed. I was inconvenienced on multiple levels due to the negligence of a service mechanic. My family has been coming there for decades. There is no relationship, there’s no reciprocated loyalty. Honestly in the end I really just wish somebody would’ve said hey we’re sorry we messed that up. You didn’t have to even offer me anything, or maybe make up the fact that you didn’t free wash my vehicle at its last service visit. Straight up you’re no different than any other place I get my vehicles fixed. I bring my GMC there because it’s a dealership which for some reason is “more reputable” in the shop world. This has convinced me there is nothing that says I would ever be eager about bringing my car specifically to Faulkner to be serviced or repaired. I continued visiting (back in 08’) kept coming to Faulkner when economic failures hit, and recently even environmental disasters happen. Thinking I’m helping keep a business name going. That’s pretty unfortunate.

After telling you guys that I have an issue and there’s something knocking in my car he spent three days with that without calling me and letting me know that it’s ready. When I picked it up you said there was nothing wrong with it and that’s it. I drove out of your dealership in 130 miles later I broke down in the middle of nowhere had to wait for roadside assistance and spend the next two days getting back home. So no I will never use you again lol I recommend anybody to use you guys again. Between the service and the fact that you don’t know what you’re doing you are the worst dealership I have ever been to
