There are some good pharmacists here who understand what they're doing but there's also a rotating door of new people because every time I go to "consultation" I have to deal with the new person who has not been trained fully. But...at least they're trying. What I have noticed about CVS is that this CVS in particular has some of the dumbest customers I have ever witnessed in retail. My condolences to the CVS staff that people don't understand that digital receipts are quite beneficial over paper ones. P.S. some of you imbecilles really should learn how to use the self check-out line. Get over it. Learn something new. Live in the now. Etc.

CVS prices their items for profit, not for customer savings. For a company that makes billions quarterly it's a spit in the face to anyone who opens their wallet there. I'd suggest going to Walmart down the street. Same corporate greed, fraction of the price. I only gave them 2 stars because the staff is awesome.

They can have really bad customer service sometimes, but they can also be really busy. Your best bet might be to go in person.
