We just purchased a newly built home and we have hd several issues (understandable with a new home) but my best experience, by far, was when the ceiling fan was wobbly and making noises so we called Fort Worth Lighting due to our warranty. They sent a technician out to look at the fan (he kept to his scheduled appointment time and called ahead to remind me of his appointment). He saw that the fan needed to be replaced and he let me know he was setting that up for me. He was polite and professional. I was later contacted (without having to call them a million times) and they set up the appointment to replace the fan. The fan installer came during his scheduled time, he too called ahead) and replaced the fan and it now works perfectly. Everyone was professional and fantastic!! Thank you guys!!
