To the owners: Sylvia who is locate at store #5689 Mall view Rd, needs to reconsider her occupation she is extremely rude poor customer service and poor choice of words I can see it was not personal as I was waiting in line for my turn she was being aggressive with another customer and an employee. Clearly customer service is not for her next time leave your personal problems at the front door and be more mature and definitely professional because you are far from that.

I have been here a few times for Amazon returns. The staff is awesome. The BIG thing for me is being acknowledged when you come in and there's a line. Just them saying "Hello we'll be right with you." is huge.
