Pharmacy is terrible. Every time I try to pick up a prescription there is an issue. Last night I went to pick up a script and was told they needed verification from the Doctor. I said, I saw her today and she called it in... what other verification do you need? They said they needed to call her to verify the script. This was at 9pm, the script was called in at 2:30pm. I said well why are you waiting to tell me this now?? Why haven't you called to verify in the 6.5hrs since she called it in. Needless to say I'm having it called in somewhere else. This pharmacy is always a clown show after your 20 minute wait. I highly suggest avoiding at all costs.

I wish I can have a negative option for past 2 years pharmacy is nothing but disorganized, rude unprofessional mess. I call they say my meds are ready, then they tell you o no u can’t get a refill because your not due yet. Thank god for my doctor that even calls me on weekends saying “ your past due refill they have to do it immediately and took an hour out of his weekend to call them. And this is only one of many. If you require meds everyday for a disability or a disease, DO NOT I REPEAT DONOT HO TO HERE! Once again DO NOT!!!

This Walgreens is so bad. They constantly give my elderly mother a hard time about her medications. Now I am sitting here waiting to fill out a form for a flu shot. Waiting for a form they could easily hand to me! Never again.

If I could do zero stars I would. Made a apt for whooping cough vaccine almost a week prior, even called asked how much it would be for my partner who doesn’t have insurance. Show up and told this store is small we don’t have it. 1. We have a apt 2. It’s your duty to order and make sure you have your vaccines ready for people who schedule for apts well in advance NOT tell them your a small store and “sold out” like people are running out for whooping cough vaccine like it’s in such high demand AND IF YOUR A SMALL STORE HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL THOSE WHO SCHEDULE APTS WELL IN ADVANCE. Unacceptable. Horrible representation of customer service on their part. I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling my apt, Walgreens should shut this store down these people clearly are useless at their job and don’t even care.
