Service slow, staff seems Disinterested, follow up service poor. Menu minimal a lot of the good stuff gone. Nothing like the original Alehouse.

This Miller's has a better kitchen staff with better tasting food than others I have eaten at, and service is always excellent. Prices since the pandemic have risen a lot and it is difficult for 2 people to dine for much under $50 (burgers, etc).

We have been going to Miller's for 12 years plus. We have had out share of, ok service and really good service. Food is always constant. We tried to keep them afloat over covid always ordering take out. This evening stuck out. Never wrote a review for Miller's prior to today. Our server Nick was super attentive. We went with our children. My daughters hamburgers were over cooked for the 1st time ever since going there, my daughter didn't like the food. She asked to send them back which is unheard of. Nick went above and beyond making it right. The kitchen manager came out and hand delivered the food that he cooked him self. She ate and the kitchen manager surprised us with a dessert. Very happy. We will continue to be loyal customers of Miller's Ale house. 😏

This place is wonderful. Great food and great vibes. Ordered the lobster tails and man that was some good lobster. Broccoli was nice and crunchy. Plenty of butter can't go wrong with that. Also had the fully loaded mashed potatoes which could've used a bit more seasoning but thats just me. Overall experience was right up there with my expectations of what I've grown to love about Miller's ale houses.
