I love Jessica and dr okezie. But the office staff. Honestly the worst. So they never refunded us for the circumcision of my son. Not to mention I’m on hold for hours. I can never get in an appt for my kids.

Although I like dr okezie and her staff, there phone lines hardly work and/or staff doesn’t pick up, this has been an ongoing issue for us. We have to drive there to schedule Or talk to anyone very inconvenient

!!URGENT READ!! I brought daughter here several times, over and over again! We paid for Covid testing fees several times! They told us she just had allergies, we got allergy testing, she ended up in emergancy room, more visits to this office, eventually I demanded she be tested for other things. Turns out she had pneumonia!!! They neglected this for months!! And sadly I am still waiting for a call back. 2200 kids die a day from pneumonia! 800,000 a year!! More kids have died a day from pneumonia then Covid & their only concern was she doesn’t have Covid! My child could have died from this offices neglect! With that being said the staff is friendly, but go here knowing what you want done cause they will not have answers for you! Also it took 3 weeks to get the results back saying she had pneumonia! Thank god my 5 year old is okay! However I now have a enormous amount of bills because this office neglected my child her first visit!
