Entrance to facility is very confusing. I thought I had to be a club member to go in, then drive around building and was told I was going on the correct way, just not to take the club members lane. Excellent wash and they even give you a towel to dry off your car! Just throw it in the bucket when you're done!

I have never personally had a major issue with this car wash and if you do Jim or Chad are great about making it right. There are phone numbers posted so you can always get a hold of someone!
