The best Peruvian Food I’ve had so far. Highly recommended!!!!!!
to be
I took the risk and I’m so glad i did, love the food, the ambient, the decoration and the owner is a wonderful person and so is his wife. I will come back for sure and very soon to taste the rest of the menu. I ordered Seco de Cordero con arroz y frijoles, papa a la huancaina and chicha morada and my wife had Pollo Saltado (wife’s favorite). I hope the other Peruvian restaurants can learn from this one, I’ve been in about 20 Peruvian restaurants in Los Angeles, San Fernando area and believe it or not there are only 2 good ones that represent the classic Peruvian cuisine, one of the two is this one “Buenazo Peruvian Cuisine” the other one…you’ll need to find it :) hahaha …i give you a tip…is located in Hollywood and Vine St…..but is not “Mario’s”, for me Mario’s only serve quantity and not quality and the flavor is a 2 stars only. So, i can recommend “Buenazo Fine Peruvian Cuisine” to everyone who knows about Peruvian cuisine flavor. Enjoy it!

Fell in love with Peruvian cuisine. We ordered a side of Platano Fritoand an appetizer of Anticucho de Corazon. That heart was divine and amazing. I ordered the Arroz con Pollo and was pleasantly surprised at how big those pieces of chicken were. The flavors worked so well together and there was so much food my son has to help me finish it. My son had the Lomo Saltado and loved every bite of it, he even ate the tomatoes. You don't know how rare that is. Overall I can't wait to come back.

Way too salty, they must have dumped the whole bottle in my chicken fried rice. They used a spice not normally used in this dish either. Sprouts in chafa de pollo, really? $21 for a plate to go and was not even full. The Aji sauce was not great but not terrible either compared to other Peruvian restaurants. The soltado was not bad, spices were on point but the steak was thick and overcooked, also not enough of it for the price. The price of the chicken fried rice and the amount of salt used was terrible. Needless to say will not be going back due to cost and how much food you get and lacking some authenticity.
