this laundry make 3 holes and 3 different clothing that I just bought like 2 weeks ago From the date I was there I spoke with one of the ladies who Work there and she referred me to the oriental guy This happened like 3 months ago I no longer going to This laundry This is The oriental guy I spoke He didn't Help me at allChuy,the malicious intent behind this review is concerning to us.we have operated coin laundries for twenty years and no other customers has ever experienced issues of clothing getting holes from a dryer machine.Our policy of assuming no liability for damaged or lost personal properties (like every other laundromat) is stated clearly on premise.Still,when you first raised this issue to us in person, we addressed it appropriately and respectfully.Despite this, you posted this review.It seems that your ulterior motive is to tarnish the reputation of our business and the owner,whom you call “oriental guy,” leaving open the interpretation for racism as well. Lastly, it is not acceptable to photograph and post on a public forum without the person’s consent. For these reasons, we have flagged your review.
