As a diamond member as well as top status with their competitors, I see no reason to stay loyal to any Brand. This hotel offered No recognition whether it was food/breakfast credit nor upgrade nor points nothing. The breakfast at 8:45 had no potatoes spoon of eggs . Horrible experience even at 200 usd night . Part of me recognizes the chaos happening in our Country but if they ghi k its bad now wait in a year when reality hits our Country economically so it is us loyal members that they must respect or the economic consequences will be significant

Breakfast here was way better than at Homewood suites(another Hilton hotel that is right next to this one). Really good location 5 min away from Six Flags. Basic small little gym. The bar is really nice, lots complementary drinks between 5pm and 6:30pm happy hour. Definitely could not come back here with small kids just because I felt the windows are really dangerous and kids love playing by the windows, so basically we had to take turns to supervise our small children every second we were there(while they were awake) and not enjoy much the stay. I definitely come back to stay alone or with my girlfriend 100%.

Clean room, nicely appointed, great service. The only bummer is the pool area at night as it is VERY bright. It would be a much more relaxing space if there was nice lighting. It really ruins the ambiance of the outdoor fireplace area.

To start with we were charged a double hold deposit as a result of new hired staff in training. We then got assigned to room 229 wich is in urgent need of repairs. The bedroom door gets stuck as result I get trapped for 15 minutes inside the bedroom trying to open a door that is completely stuck. Air conditioning was not working properly. Felt like I was going to faint as I am trying to set myself free out of the bedroom. Room has a strong smell of mold. To top of our bad experience we were told everything will get fix as far as our money and that was a lie. I had to go an address the issue again to a different staff member the next day and she had no idea there was even a problem. Very bad experience. I absolutely won't come back here. Only positive is there omelette bar. Do not get fooled by the good reviews like me they are clearly an understatement or this hotel has gone downhill completely in 2022.
