My sales person, Lance, was awesome! However, the service and everyone else were not. The service department needs a serious makeover. They have had my brand new 2022 Explorer that I bought in December, since January. No one calls you back and no one knows what the other is doing or anything at all for that matter. The service manager is conveniently never there when you ask to speak to her and neither is the general manager. I will never buy another vehicle from this establishment.

They were great in helping me buy a used Toyota Sienna! Zack in sales was very quick to get ahold of me after I inquired about the van. I was able to go in that evening to see the van and it was in excellent condition so I ended up purchasing it. James in finance was also very nice and helpful! He even worked hard to get me a better loan than originally offered! I thoroughly enjoyed this car buying process! They even detailed the van for me and I picked it up the next day!

Friendly service reps. Not pushy, and they deliver on their promises. Their shuttle service is great as well. I dropped off my car and was given a ride home by very friendly and professional driver. Also, when my car was ready, they picked me up from home back to the dealership. Always a great experience with AutoNation Ford!!
