Cut the hair shorter than I asked for. They leave your hair wet and it's not a good look for all people. I won't be back. They also ask what you do for a living. It's not ethical or polite to try to size people up based on their job. If I was rich or doing well financially, wouldn't those types of people pick a fancy place? I'll cut my own hair to my own demise but will evade paying for unpleasant experience.
