The quality of the shoes are poorly made, I purchased 4 pair of shoes for my kids thinking I was getting a great for back to school time, those shoes along with the whole store needs to be shut down. I will never shop here again. I wouldn't suggest going here, spend your money somewhere else, cheaper isn't always better.

The store associates were helpful and knowledgeable in their store’s products. However, one of the associates named Stephanie that I spoke to on the phone misheard me asking for a Birkenstock Arizona Birkibuc sandals in black, and she confirmed they had ‘em, but when I got there it was in a tan color, which I ended up liking more because it matches my skin color. I would’ve went to the DS in Chino called Town Spectre which is the name of the outdoor plaza because the associate I spoke to there confirmed they had ‘em in black. I asked Stephanie for a discount for the miscommunication, and she had me kinda beg for it, but she honored a 10% discount for the trouble after repeatedly asking a few times in different ways. It’s a big clean & neat store with a lot of different types of popular shoes, sandals, and slippers for both males and females from what I saw from a distance. I like this location because there are a lot of other major retailers located at this plaza such as Wal-Mart, Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, etc..🙂

Bad customer service ever didn’t get her name. I just got a pair of hiking shoes two days ago they were horrible on my feet. I used them for 3 hours and she tells me I will exchange them this time because our policy is no exchange if you use them. You have to wear them to know if they are good on your feet. I spend over $119 on these shoes. Before buying them l asked about their policy clearly wrong information was given to me. At first she was nice cause she thought l was buying shoes until l give her the shoes l was returning she give me attitude. Like, l always say some people belong in back not working with the public. l was being super nice just got them two days ago. Last time l come to this store.

Sylvia has the worst customer service. I waited in line for about 30+ minutes just for a return and to pick up an order. As I was walking out, I noticed that the order I picked up was the wrong size. I explained that to her and she gave me the worst attitude back and she said that I had to exchange the wrong one for the right one and go through the process on their system, which I didn't understand because I don't see why I couldn't just switch the product without having to go through that whole process when it wasn't even the shoes I ordered. As I was already waiting a long time, I got assertive in my tone and she was rude right back and didn't even apologize for the mixup. Still had to go through the process and just told her to do whatever was fastest and she said with attitude that it was going to take a long time regardless. I've worked in customer service before, so I know all the good and bad that comes with that, but to not even apologize and be rude back is what drew the line for me. I've been coming here for years and I will not be coming back if this is how this location is now being represented. Sylvia, you really need to revisit the training because that is not how you should treat your customers. I'm a hiring manager for customer service and I personally train on this topic, so I would know.
