I had to exchange some shoes sent to my daughter by her gma in GA. The staff greeted us as soon as we entered the establishment. I was offered assistance within a matter of minutes. The employees were informative and polite. I can’t vouch for the reviews that said the customer service was terrible. My experience was beyond A1!

Y'all this location has more of the urban look, others have like the sports athletic look ONLY!. so I must say I was impressed. This store is nice and neat and everytime you go in the employees are very welcoming. I'm talking nice energy!. Answer any questions, assist you when needed, no attitudes ever. They are not hovering over you or all in your space. And if you can't find something you like they take the time to see if another store has what your looking for or see if it's available online. Like seriously y'all, good prices for good sneakers for all ages. Must go and see for yourself, no joke. And as I say always this is a real review, follow me on milani.sage on ig or fb.
