The terrible service here is enough to encourage me to drive farther and pay more just to avoid the blatant rudeness I had to experience - all while I was merely trying to spend $227 on 4 pair of shoes. Seems there is little to no attempt to train or hold any employee accountable to be polite or give any basic customer service. Added benefit/ the cashier was not even accurate while ringing up 4 items. 4. Vote with your wallet- skip this place. It is hard for people to understand that not everyone wants to share all of their personal information just to make a purchase. Be polite, ring me up. That is the extent of the interaction I’m looking for

Very nice staff and plenty of room to try on and walk around to see of shoes fit right and are comfortable. They give you time and room to think and shop but are there to help right when you ask. It was really nice to take a couple of hours to look around try on alot of shoes and make up my mind before I bought a pair because I haven't bought a brand new pair of shoes other than for work and for just personal use in a while now and am pretty picky so I appreciate it!!!

They don’t stock a lot of dress shoes for daily office look and even smart casual for work! A lot of “who wears this stock” all over the self! The clearance section is equally the same nothing much to pick from and sizes are so limited too. Depending with your size but as for 6.5 and 7 are scarcely available.
