Horrible customer service from the pharmacist and the managers. Called about medication on hold for over an hour then the pharmacist hung up in my face. Called customer service and they took report for the wrong store. Stated supervisor would contact me, I'm still waiting over a month. The whole network suck. Changed of course. Sad they been around this long and still can't get it right. Don't be surprised if you go there after all these reviews.

If I could give this store a 0 I would. Worst customer service in the pharmacy area. Slow workers and messes up people's medication orders. Long line only to tell customers they will not serve them because they close at 7 pm. Shame on the manager.

Last several visits, I will tell the pharmacy to do a refill through the text and it takes a week at times to get the refill. Do not go here for any critical meds needed, as you have to come in and ask for it after you already requested via text to actually get the refill. Then they have an attitude towards the customer who they dont have the perscription ready for that needs it... only reason why I go here is it is close to home and on the way home from work.

Always a pleasant group of employees. They are a tad slow on getting customers through the line but I might always be in a hurry. LoL 😂
