I'm going to give you the short answer, which is "Probably not". To truly give you an answer to your question, we'd need more information... Made from what material? External and internal diameter? Exactly 15' or something that'll reach 15' (think extendable pole)? What you may want to do, in all seriousness, is look in Home Depot. At HRO, we don't usually keep antenna tower sections or solid masts in the stores - they'd be delivered via a freight delivery. Fee free to give one of the stores a call though, they might be able to tell you of another local supplier, or another solution.
