I was blown away with the service I received at dsw today. I came in looking for a specific shoe to find out it wasn’t in stock. Evelyn was able to look to see if it was at any other stores only to find non in stock. I decided to stay and try on other shoes. All of a sudden Evelyn comes back with a box of shoes in her hands the exact ones I was looking for in my exact size ! She had found them in clearance. When I wanted to try the size down she went to look for me immediately without me even having to ask. When it was time to checkout I was greeted by Josilyn with a big smile. She was extremely kind and helpful. I had forgotten my card at home she put them on hold for me. When I came back I was again greeted with a smile again. she also helped me find out how many points I had. This was my best experience in this store solely based on how I was treated by Josilyn and Evelyn. It’s nice going to a store and being treated so well. I will be back.

I've shopped there many times and never had an employee impress me, as much, as Rachael the Assistant Manager did. She walked around with me and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes. I went in for 2 pairs and bought 4 pairs. Then she helped me find some sandals and bought 2 pairs of them. She is such an asset to your store. Rachael is AWSOME .... Thank you Janet 😊
