This is a good place for passport photos - that was my experience. Photo is taken there by a staff member and it is right away printed on photo grade paper for $16. The staff guy showed me the equipment they use - it has framing guides so employees know to center and size your head correctly in photo according to how the passport service wants it. I just received my renewed passport in the mail so the photo passed.

I needed to Print a document out ASAP and the beautiful young lady was very prompt and professional. Working with a customer finalizing a project. But still provided my copies a very quickly. 5 star rating boss lady. I’m glad this location is close to my Home. Again.. Same Young Lady now a Mother was very professional this afternoon.. Very good at her job.. She had my Print out ready in No time. And Multi Tasking with other customers. What a wonder place and a very knowledgeable staff.

Very poor customer service. First, I had to greet the employee; she did not greet me. Second, it was my first time picking up a package here that was shipped from another store. The lady brought it out on a trolley without saying anything, so then I paused and asked her, "Can I take it out to my car myself?" I then heard a male employee in the back go, "I was about to say..." implying that he thought I expected the lady to take it out to my car for me. That was very rude, and I didn't like how he made that assumption. Other stores have a protocol for letting customers take out their equipment. Some don't even let people take out carts or trolleys on their own for fear of having the items get lost or damaged. Next time, just communicate with your customers. All you have to say is, "Here is your package. You can take it out to your car on this trolley and bring it back here please."
