I applied to live there they never cslled back i called ledt numerous messsages n never no call back....they tske ur $20 for all the paper work n never call back even if I was denied I have the right to know.... They didnt tell me none of return ne of my calls...... Sad..... N I really wanted to move in there.

But like everything.. read everything you can on what you are getting make sure you ask if unsure of something.. The new manager seems like she likes her job as in doing well to meet customer/ client expectations...

I applied last year n they still.mever called me back I even called n left messages! The most they could of did was let me know but they didnt let me know none.
The manager does not get back to you. Was trying to buy one cash and I got the run around. Missed appointments with out a call to even let me know. There is other parks I would try before EVER trying to get into this one.
They r a waste of time i been callin dor months to get in all.they say is Application at coorparte..... So i moved on. Purschaed a home else were.
I been waitin almost 2 months now n the girl still hasnt called me bac. U have to apply n get approved threw the office n threw cooperate. Once approved u yall go from there.....
Yes, the office is located at this address and the homes are around the office. The office hours are M-F from 8am to 3pm. Othwr times by Appointments.
