I have rented storage units before, but never have I experienced, the warmth, security, and overall genuine concern that I get from the staff, at Smartstop Self Storage. Caroline, whom I respect and admire, is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and supremely customer focused. I have observed her at work, and she is superior in providing excellent customer service/problem solving skills. Not only is she pleasant. She is phenominal professionally, and has made storage rental bearable at Smartstop continually smiling, and never gripping or complaining.
