The receptionist is so rude. She is explaining a couple of things of how the glasses procedure works. I decide to ask a question and she shuts me up. " can you please not interrupt me until i am finished speaking" never again am i going there. That lady is very unprofessional and acts like she is the owner. She forgets she is on minimum wage and is nothing.

The employees can be very rude. They don't check to see if people are out waiting. I had to keep going back to get my glasses tightened many times. They didn't know how to get ot right the first time

The staff is rude and very unfriendly. Especially one person in particular. The first experience was okay, but the last time I received eyeglasses here, my mother got some too and they got her eye prescription wrong. Then when we brought them back in to be fixed, they still couldn't get it right, so we brought them back in again. This time, they threw a big fit because it was somehow my mom's fault that she couldn't see out of the glasses and they told us that this would be the last time that they would try to fix her glasses otherwise they wont do it again because she's brought it back too many times. They were also counting a time she returned glasses because of the wrong prescription 2 years ago! When I told them that, and that this was an entirely different order, they said it didn't matter! We will never return again. Shame on us for even going back in the first place.
