I got a massage here and paid for an extra 30 mins. The message starter 20mins late but still ended at the same time so I really only got an extra 10mins. I was there on time, it started late because the guy finished his last massage late and the bed wasn’t set up correctly. The overall massage was ok. Not the best but not bad. The people were nice as well.

I've been a member for a few years now and I always look forward to my monthly massages. Although I tend to stick to one massage therapist, I've had opportunities to receive massages from David, Juliana and Luisa. They were all really good. There were a couple of times when H&S canceled on me due to the massage therapist not feeling well or switched me to a new therapist without advanced notice. That part of the communication could have been better. However, by in large, the massage therapists I've experienced have all very good and the front desk staff have always been nice. I would recommend friends and family to try H&S.

Try Danville down the hill Dublin too Glenn...never had a poor car yet for past two yrs. Sorry to hear that customer did. Maybe it was a bad day for that worker which shouldn't of been there to take out personals on customers. Hope the owner notated and corrects. Have my biz on Yelp and I take EVERYONE SERIOUS& WE FOLLOWUP endlessly to get to root of cause and Re-Train or let go going forward it's a business and they will lose lots of customers like you you and possibly would been possibly and your Fiancee'! Sad hardly any desk folk work F/T to avoid bane's and o/t so your experience may of been different. I feel for you wanting her to have The BEST Experience. Especially if they never experienced a massage or other treatments or lately. I teach ENERGENCY Response and CPR a very diff. Hands On.
