I had a vacation in the week of July 4th, and we reschedule to another Saturday, and unfortunately we had an emergent event that conflict with the swimming class. I called and I was told they changed policy and for rescheduled class cannot do make up. I am so sad about this inflexibility!

They've clearly stopped giving a shyt! As long as they have your money they don't care. Machines/Equipment broken for weeks. Locker rooms filthy. Floors filthy. No towels. Showers broken and filled with what looks like rubber cement near drain.

I recently ended my membership with D.V. In Brentwood after five years. The only thing I enjoyed about this club was the location. In the past year (2021) the sauna has been out of order. The steam room had been down 3/4 of the year. The locker room was in terrible shape with about 40% of the lockers not working.They just recently had those replaced and repaired the steam room. The towel service is fair if you don’t mind smelling bleach. The front desk staff are always super nice. The building layout is terrible. The pool area is in an entirely different building. If you want to swim you must get dressed and walk to the next building ( 50 yards apart). I guess you could walk over in your swimsuit. In 5 years of membership I’ve never seen anyone walk over in their swimsuit. After joining In-Shape in Brentwood I just can’t understand why anyone would consider Delta Valley Health Club. Don’t make the mistake I made. Checkout InShape and 24 hour fitness before you join any club in Brentwood. I stayed at Delta Valley because of the convenience of the location and the friends I had meet. Now my new membership at InShape has made me realize that the members at In Shape are also great. Must just be the great people of Brentwood.
