Hi were new to MGC but i read online when we signed up there are adult classes. Not sure about parkour though. Someone is usually available if you call and they are very helpful with questions.
yes there is a corner where you can buy leotards and sweatshirts.

8:00pm - 9:30pm. You have to sign up in advance though. You can do so by calling the front desk!
They have open gym on Friday evenings.
