This.place.is.AMAZING!! Family (6 ppl) went to porterhouse to celebrate a birthday and left supremely satisfied with our experience!! AJA was an amazing server; she was highly attentive, kept our drinks full, and was very knowledgeable about the menu and bar. We has steaks and seafood and everything was cooked perfectly and was HUGE. Omg, the carrot cake!! Highly recommend this place!

Filet Mignon melted in you’re mouth! Bruschetta was amazing 🤩 great service from the waitress nice and pleasant with smile’s on her face the whole time. Pleasant experience

Liked the place except for the most important thing: the steak, which I found dry and a bit tough. I expect more from a $54 porterhouse. My wife thought her ribeye was a little tough also. IMO the steak here is a step beneath Manny's or Murray's. Maybe just a bad night, we'll see. On the other hand, the clam chowder was the best I've had in the twin cities. I ordered a bourbon Old Fashioned which was unique and very tasty. Our server (Issie) was attentive, friendly and energetic. Loved the dark, comfortable vibe. It works well for couples or (very) small groups. Definitely a place for grown-ups.

Disclaimer I ate the steak 😂 its sacrilegious to leave it. Been here 3-4 times it's been up and down. I don't feel I'm doing justice by posting a 3 star review but it's the inconsistency that earns it an average review. I've been here when the service, steak and drinks have all been stellar. Tonight was not that night. They have a lot of waitresses/waiters that I feel above average service is expected especially when the average ticket for this place is $150 for a party of 2. The steak I had tonight was cooked perfectly but was under seasoned. Crab cakes were ok but would steer toward scallops for an app. I'm dreadfully disappointed with their "supply issues" the last 3 months for crab legs. I feel this is a cover for not wanting to change the menu to market price. I'd gladly pay. The TLDR version: the last time I was here, service wasn't great but average, steak was under seasoned albeit cooked perfect medium rare which I feel is hard to do for a porterhouse (2 muscle steak) and the excuses about crab legs not being in stock is just a blatant lie. You can get them anywhere (Costco has cases). For the money you can enjoy a steak else where that is tastier and likely cheaper. Cocktails are great though!

No, it wasn't on the menu when I was there. Excellent steaks and seafood though!
There's no dress code. I wish there was. It's such a nice place to dine.
I agree....think it's a special
Yes, definitely want a reservation.
Yes they are open on Mother's Day but you better make reservations soon as they fill up quickly.
