Edit2: still zero response from the Norco facility and we're almost 2 months from my original review. Definitely avoid this facility at all costs. Would give zero stars if possible. Edit1: Enterprise sure was hot to trot getting a response to this revie, but after multiple attempts to get in touch with them I've gotten nothing other than automated bot responses. They even tried to shift blame from the Norco facility this review was left for to the location I actually ended up renting a car from. This just solidifies my 1 star review of this location. had a rental confirmed for a suburban. was scheduled to pick it up at 4pm today. around 11am I was called and notified that the vehicle I was supposed to be picking up wouldn't be available because the person currently using it extended their rental. This is completely normal and understandable. what earned this particular branch a 1 star rating was how they handled everything from there. instead of a suburban I was offered a toyota highlander. these two vehicles are no where near comparable and I absolutely need the size of the suburban. Instead of offering to assist finding a suitable replacement for the rental I had reserved, the lady on the other end of the call told me "well that is the only option we have so if you need something bigger you can call around to all the other enterprise locations and see what they have". as said above I completely understand that sometimes reservations become unavailable, but putting the onus of fixing the situation on the customer is just poor form. a company in the service industry shouldn't operate under a "well you get this or nothing at all" kind of mentality. and for that reason I'll be sure to avoid this particular location for any of my future rental car needs.

You can use your credit or debit card. Additional driver should just need to provide driver's license & be added to the contract.
Never rented a 4wheel drive, but I know you can request one

Why wouldn't they have cars? They are a business that rents cars.
