First visit, went exceptionally well even though I had a painful procedure. Everyone was k8nd and professional. Someone even brought me a cup of coffee. The Doctor was very efficient when discussing my options, I was able to receive treatment on the same day. The environment was inviting, experienced staff, and busy. I hope your visit goes smoothly as mines did!

I have been waiting for the doctor for more than 30 minutes. As a pregnant woman, it makes me tired to wait such a long time. If the doctor is busy so why they are giving us an appointment for that day.

I like my nurse here, and some of the front desk personnel. My problem is about calling them. They’ve hung up the phone on multiple occasions after I’ve been on hold for 20+ mins. I’d prefer not to get on the phone, if they just answered their Hill Chart messages.

Did you expect the dr to stop his lunch because you couldnt get out the door on time?
Yes to that and when I was pregnant, I was told the baby had no heart beat. Dr told me to make an appointment to have the baby removed, and got a second opinion the next day and my son is perfectly healthy. Not only that but this happened to 3 other people in the office the day I complained about this!!

Not before 9am. And it'll take anywhere from 20-30 minutes on hold to be abke to talk to someone about medical questions.
