Well it wasn't very good they charged me twice then I was told they couldn't do anything about it so I paid $32 for something that should have been 16 on my debit card

No.. There is not a donation pick-up. However you can stop in at any Goodwill and drop off donations! They can provide receipts for tax time as well..hope this helps!
