This place is so poorly ran. Countless times my order doesn’t come or is way late despite the expedited shipping I paid for. I count on these products for my health so their incompetency is inexcusable.

HORRENDOUS customer service. I mean the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was a first time customer. My order cost over $200. One of the items I ordered was the intestinal formula #3 for my 9 year old son. When it arrived I had him try it and he said it tasted very weird. My son is not picky at all about taking herbs. He took the herbal shot with no issues and takes black seed oil regularly just to give you an idea that he has no problem with strong tasting herbs. I tried the formula to see what he was talking about and he was right. Something was wrong. It tasted like pure alcohol. I filled out customer service form. No response. So I called and explained that something was wrong and the formula tasted like alcohol. The rep took the batch number down said they would look into it and get back to me. No one ever got back to me. So I called again and this rep was a nightmare. He argued with me that nothing was wrong the product. I asked to speak to manager and manager never got on phone. They wanted me to pay for shipping and to refund the product. I told them I shouldn't have to pay to refund a defective product. He argued again that nothing was wrong with the product and when I threatened to have it tested myself then he put me on hold and said his manager would send me a label so they could test it. So I sent the item back and they gave me a partial refund. So I called back again to ask why they didn't give me a full refund and they said because I bought the item discounted. The discount was applied to my whole order but somehow they said took the discounted amount and applied it equally to all 4 products even though the product prices were grossly different. Made no sense at all. Good customer service would be to refund me the full amount of the defective product and allow me to keep the promotional discount for the remainder of my order. You should always put the customer in right standing .... especially when the issue was the result of a defective product. I don't care if their products are amazing...I will NEVER purchase from this company again because they don't know how to treat customers with respect.

These are the vero best supplements available, they really work! I have been using them for years and I don't have lots of money but everything that I have bought has been better than pharmaceutical drugs: safe effective and worth the money!

I not sure but if you go there and let them know you are there for the first time you should get 10% off. ONLY FOR FIRST TIME VISITORS They have complimentary detox and kb tea. The water is distilled.
