We have been using these products for years and they work very well. Our experience has been that not only are the products the best but also received in a timely manner and customer service has always been excellent. One time we didn't receive 1 of the ordered items, I called customer service and received a refund within 48 hrs. I highly recommend them.

This is a scam. 1 out of 4 people do not have good. experiences. (Trustmama). Notice they do not have a way to contact them!?! Feel like rolling the dice? They falsely claimed I signed up for a subscription service. I replied NO. Within days of receiving the product I actually ordered they sent the “second subscription” bottle. ADA is right to charge them with violations. The rating in this site are inflated, check it out. 3.7

There’s a reason all the latest reviews are one star. Something has happened to their customer service department. I’m a long time customer and a large shipment got sent to the wrong address in the wrong state. Could be my fault but I tried erasing the address from their site and it wouldn’t work. The only person I could ever talk to was Victor, who seemed delighted in telling me he couldn’t help me. He said someone else would get back to me and they never did. I told him to just cancel everything and my superfood of the month club and he was all bubbly and happy to do it. Total condescending attitude and kept interrupting me. Anyway, I canceled the order and I’ll have to wait till they get my package returned to get a refund. Neither me or my friend, who got me into them, are ever buying from them again

I seriously cannot believe the customer service at this place! I promise you, it is the WORST I’ve ever experienced. WOW! They are NEVER wrong, apparently, and they will continue to argue with you when they are clearly wrong. I’m assuming they’re hard up and trying to save a buck. Basically, I cancelled a subscription before it processed, and then it processed, and they wanted to keep my shipping due to their error. I had to file a dispute with my credit card! Also, good luck trying to return anything, and if you have ShopRunner, be advised it basically means nothing to this fraudulent company. They will hassle you over that, too, and that’s something you as a consumer pay for — for good service. It’s sad, too, because I’ve heard great things, but I’m not wrong!!! Read the other reviews here!!! Awful, awful! Dr. Schulze should be ashamed at his poor staff and customer service. It’s time for a new CEO and new staff!!! 100%!!!

I do it all the time (full strength) and love the taste but if you have a sore throat it will hurt with a burning feeling. If that bothers you then best to mix with water as per the directions.

That question may best be answered by contacting American Botanical Pharmacy, rather than an open question on Google maps. I am a huge fan of the store and have used most all of the products at some point.
