My experience was really good. They exceeded my expectations from when I got the units to closing out. V called me to tell me my units were empty in worried voice. I told her I moved out of the units 3 days ago and thought the previous person I spoke with took care of it. But I guess not. Thank you V. I also needed a lock cut previously because I lost the key. There is no hesitation with the manager to cut the lock. They are professional, quick, and very nice. I recommend extra space storage for anyone who lives locally.

This location is super convenient to get in and out of; even with my unit being on the third floor. The facilities are very clean, the staff is nice, and it’s SUPER secure. You have to enter your code at gate, main door and elevator. I appreciated the extra security.
