What you see is what you get. Clean, safe place to sleep in the middle of the big city. A great value but bring your ear plugs! Family run business is attentive and caring.

Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly. Parking is expensive and difficult, as everywhere in SF. but i would recommend the hotel :) I cant understand people complaining about the homeless people. the homeless people were not dangerous and there are many securitys, street worker or police around, so its safe. most of the homeless are really kind and help you if you lets say need help to find a place. Its just a bit sad to see the poor people, but this has nothing to do with the hotel which for the price is very good

Listen, from the outside the place doesn't look like much but the room and bathrooms was super clean, the owners are super nice, and at 1 AM (I was at a concert in concord), when my key was not working. I was still able to get ahold of someone to get let in without trouble. A great place to stay for a great price. I also felt super safe in the building and any homeless people near the building left me alone, even super late at night. 10/10 recommend.
