We stayed there a few months ago ... The front desk manger Jesus accused us of lying because of my last name.. in the end he was wrong. The man is racist and made the all experience awful. We spoke to the GM of the hotel and he was nice guy but Jesus is a complete racist . ... If you want to stay in Los angeles Glanede arena stay away from this hotel...

Terrible experience!!!!! I reserved a queen bed room for 2 nights , I checked in and my room number is 501 , which is a double bed NOT queen and I paid for a queen. I reserved via Orbitz and cheapest room was double , then queen then king ,When I call the lobby guy he talks like I am lying BUT 501 has a twin bed Not Queen .

Positive: Staff is always so sweet and inviting. We arrived late and the man at the front desk made sure we were good and had everything we needed. We had a queen bed room and he upgraded us to a king just because it was available.We definitely will stay here again Negative: Nope

Well either you could just all them , cause they usually always have some at the front or if.you go online and look up Hilton email address , but I think you calling them they should answer right away, are you.just trying to book a room.

Only outdoor pool and yes it is heated
$21/night for self parking. $26+tip for valet parking. Ask at front desk after getting self parking ticket for in and out privileges for the night.
There is an amazing coffee place called portos, get tres leches coffee
The WiFi name is hhonors, but you will get the password when you check in, which is typical for most hotels.
Not to sure if the Hilton has a private shuttle but the Americana does have a shuttle pick up in the area you can acquire on.
