Very bad experience, the location was ok but terrible service and disgusting room , sheets duty , no iron on the room , the blow dryer burn in my hands , I left my phone charger in the room and I call the office to they send it to me and the guy very disrespectful, he doesn’t want shipping to me and hang up the phone , so I don’t recommend this hotel if you don’t want a bad experience find another much better option, trust me I will never back to “epic hotel” 👎🏻

Be advised the check in time is late 3pm theres a late checkout fee if you check in early. Theres no USB connection for phone. Rooms are clean it’s acceptable.
